Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Once processing is complete, items are prepared for shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after the order has been processed.
- International Shipping: Delivery times range from 10-30 business days, depending on location and customs procedures.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on location and order size and will be displayed at checkout. You can select your preferred shipping option during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, which are not included in our shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details regarding additional costs.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues may occur. Galactic Drip is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@galacticdrip.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
